"I'm a professional actor, dancer and model. I have Downs Syndrome, but that is not all I am."
Sarah Gordy, MBE, whose credits include the BBC's 'Upstairs Downstairs' and the National Theatre's 'Jellyfish' has written an introduction to 'Joe and Dusty Save the World.' Of the book, Sarah says, "Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Joe and Dusty are a great example of this. We need different people to make the world better in lots of different ways. I don't know what the future holds but I know everyone has potential. And wherever our adventures take us we'll need different people to help save the day. When I was young I loved reading books and telling stories. I hope this book helps more young people fall in love with reading. And that it helps everyone see the world needs all kinds of heroes, like Joe and Dusty and me and you!" Joe and Dusty's author, Robert Martin, is delighted to have Sarah's voice amongst those praising the book.
